First of all, open Tech Assistant for Blind App in your phone. After this go to Document Studio Hub.
Step 2: Select Excel Cell Grid Editor:
Now double tap on Excel Cell Grid Editor feature from the available tools.
Step 3: Select Excel Spreadsheet:
Now go to Pick an Excel Spreadsheet File and select your Excel file. If you want to open another Spreadsheet, use the Change Selected Spreadsheet option.
Step 4: Select the cell you want to edit:
After opening the spreadsheet, go to any cell (like A1). The screen reader will announce the position and value of that cell. To edit any cell, double tap on it. If for options like Insert or Delete, then long press on the same cell.
Step 5: Manage Row and Column:
Now select the required option from the menu.

- Delete Row
- Delete Column
Step 6: Change the value and formatting of the cell:
You can edit Cell Value as per requirement, apply Bold, Italic, Underline formatting. Once all the changes are complete, click on the Apply Cell Edits button.
Step 7: Save Edited Spreadsheet:
Now you can recheck your edits. When satisfied, double tap the Save Modified Spreadsheet File button. Enter File Name Type the name of your file in the edit box and tap on Save button. Your edited file will be saved in your file manager, in the Downloads/tech assistant/document studio/excel editor folder.
