Step-by-Step Guide to use it

Step 1: Go to Document Studio Hub:

First of all, open Tech Assistant for Blind App in your phone and go to Document Studio Hub section.

Step 2: Select PowerPoint Slide Content Editor:

After this, double tap on PowerPoint Slide Content Editor from the available features.

Step 3: Select Presentation File:

After this click on Select a PowerPoint presentation file button and select your PPT file. If another file has to be selected, use the Change selected presentation file option.

Step 4: Manage Slides:

Now you will see MANAGE SLIDES section. Some options will be available next to each slide:

• Move slide up
• Move slide down
• Edit text content
• Rename slide
• Delete slide Use any option as per need.

Step 5: Edit the content of the slide:

Now click on the Edit text content button next to the slide you want to make changes. Now the text present inside the slide will be visible. Change the text as per your requirement. After editing is complete, double tap on Confirm shape content editing button.

Step 6: Save Slide Changes:

Now do not forget to click on Save slide content modifications button so that all the changes of that slide are saved.

Step 7: Save the Presentation:

After editing of all the slides is complete, click on Save PowerPoint presentation button. Enter the name of your new presentation file in Enter file name. Now press Save button.
