App Updates

App Updates is a simple, purposeful screen showing your currently installed version and when it was last updated. Tap "Check for Update" and the app reaches out to check whether a newer version is available — if one is, it starts the installation process directly, so you don't need to be redirected to an app store and search for it yourself. If you're already on the latest version, a plain confirmation lets you know you're up to date, so checking is never a wasted gesture.

Below that, a "What's New" card lays out release notes for recent updates in clearly formatted, readable text — a genuine account of what's changed, fixed, or added, rather than a generic "bug fixes and improvements" placeholder. It's worth checking this screen occasionally, especially after you notice the app behaving a little differently than you remembered — often the answer is simply that a new feature or refinement arrived, and this screen is where you can read exactly what it was.
